What happens if I do not receive the SMS?

If no SMS arrives within 20 minutes, the activation is automatically refunded to your account balance. You can also contact our 24/7 support and we will help you troubleshoot or find a working number.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Unused balance is refundable at any time. Failed activations are auto-refunded. Please see our Terms of Service for the full refund policy.
